When a decision is made to build a dream home, deciding who will be on your "Building Team" can be a stressful and daunting task.  With my knowledge and experience, I can bring this all together and prepare you to make the most important decisions.  I can coach you through the process by helping you answer these questions:

Where   Location selection is one of the hardest decision that will be made...yet is one of the first decisions.  Considerations: Schools, taxes, cost of vacant land, size of site, access, lot preparation, location of utilities and orientation

Who   The builder / architect and choice of who will you be able to work with is an important engagement. Considerations: Budget, quality, compatibility, reputation, structure of company. 

What    The elements of design and being ready to tell the builder / architect what you want is a preparation that will pay off over and over. Consideration: preparing your priority list, organizing your ideas and wish list.

When   This project should be under your time frame.  Considerations: When you want to move in, construction time, prevailing interest rates and value of your current home.
